Description

1. This machine is controlled by Siemens PLC and touch screen. It has the functions of capacity calculation, parameter storage and parameter reading to realize humanized operation.

2. The whole machine is controlled by Panasonic AC servo system, and the winding tension is controlled by Japanese precision low friction cylinder, which can improve the precision and compensate the tension when the speed is lowered.

3. It has the function of secondary heat seal. The time and pressure of primary heat seal and secondary heat seal can be set separately, which is convenient for the later process.

4. Precision screw rod is used to effffectively reduce the adjustment clearance, increase adjustable locking device, adjustable clearance and prevent the displacement of staggered edges.

5. The frame of the machine is of integral structure, which can effffectively improve the accuracy and durability and greatly reduce the mechanical vibration by changing the lack of strength in multi-piece assembly.

6. The main reel seat of the machine adopts an integral tunneling structure, which avoids the loss of precision and the deviation of concentricity caused by multi-chip connection, accuracy and stability after long term use.
